Unfortunately my experience was a negative one. I chose the hotel from the photos, looked so good, but in fact it is a 2-3 star accommodation with very poor staff interactions, on top of that they try to sell you attractions and activities for almost double the going rate. They tried to sell me hot air balloon experience for 170 euros, I purchased same for 100 euros. When I tried to cancel my balloon ride in the next 1-2 hours of agreeing without payment, (ride was for the following day) ( by the way they insist paying them cash). I told them the room was so different to from what was advertised, they told me to vacate room and go somewhere else. That was late in the evening, so I refused, and told them that I've already paid for 2 nights and I will be staying there for those nights, I'll be going somewhere else after that.. They were so rude and aggressive...very confronting 😔

対応も良く素早く部屋に入れて テラスからの眺めも絶景ですね！ 歩って行けるハイキングコースも沢山あって 非常に便利でした！
